Is There Really No Build Fee?
Correct. The design and build of your one-page website are included in the RM 128 monthly fee. You pay the first month when we start, and nothing else upfront. Your domain is the one thing you pay for directly, to the registrar, in your own name.
Who Can Sign Up?
Malaysian businesses only. That means a business operating in Malaysia, from a sole proprietor or a home-based business to a Sdn Bhd, in Johor Bahru or anywhere else in the country. If your business is based outside Malaysia, a One Page Website from RM 1,288 one-time does the same job.
Is There A Minimum Contract?
No. The subscription runs month to month from the first day. There is no 12-month term and no termination fee. If you want to stop, send us a message and the fee stops at the end of the current month.
What Happens If I Cancel?
The website comes down at the end of the month you cancel, because the design, hosting and maintenance are what the fee pays for. Your domain stays yours, and your enquiries, photos and content are always yours. If you would rather keep the site, ask for a buyout quote instead of cancelling.
Can I Buy The Website Outright Later?
Yes, at any time. We give you a buyout quote, hand over the files and every account, and the monthly fee stops. From then on you can host it anywhere, or move it to one of our Hosting & Maintenance plans from RM 48 /month. If you would rather own the site from day one, a One Page Website starts from RM 1,288 one-time.
What Counts As An Edit?
Anything you would normally ask a web designer to change: prices, photos, text, opening hours, a promotion banner, a new team member. Send it on WhatsApp and we do it within the hour included each month. Extra time is RM 120 an hour, and bigger jobs, like a new page or a booking system, are quoted first so there are no surprises.
Will The Website Connect To My WhatsApp?
Yes. A WhatsApp click-to-chat button is standard on every website we build, with a pre-filled message so you know which page the customer came from. The enquiry form sends to your email as well, so nothing is missed if you are busy at the counter.
Can The Website Be In Malay Or Chinese As Well?
Yes. Every website we build is in English by default, with the content written for Johor Bahru customers. A Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese version of the same site is an add-on that we quote separately once we know how many pages it covers. Tell us in the enquiry form if you need it and we will include it in the fixed price quote.
How Is This Different From The Café Offer?
