Why Are Your Servers In Singapore And Not Malaysia?
Singapore is next door to Johor and has the best-connected data centres in the region, so a website hosted there loads fast for customers in Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore alike. Your backups are stored separately, and your domain stays wherever you registered it.
What Does Billed Annually With A 12-Month Minimum Mean?
You pay the first 12 months up front at the monthly price shown, which covers the migration, setup and a full year of looking after the site. After that the plan continues month to month, and you can stop any time with no termination fee. The price is fixed in RM for the term.
Can You Host A Website You Did Not Build?
Yes. Most WordPress, Shopify-connected and static websites can move over. We check the site first; if it needs cleaning up before it is safe to host, we quote that as a fixed price before you commit. Websites we built are onboarded free.
What Counts As An Edit?
Text, price and image changes, a new section on an existing page, a new blog post you have written, a holiday notice, a new staff photo. The included hours cover most of what a small business needs in a month. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted first at RM 120 an hour.
Is Email Hosting Included?
Not in these plans. We recommend Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for business email in Malaysia, which you pay for directly, and we help set it up and connect it to your domain as part of onboarding.
What Currency Are Your Prices In And How Do I Pay?
Every price is in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Project work is 50% to start and 50% on launch, by bank transfer or FPX. Monthly services are billed monthly, and hosting plans annually. You get a fixed price quote before anything starts, so there are no surprises later.
Do I Have To Be In Johor Bahru To Work With Ditrapoint?
No. Our team is based in Johor Bahru and most of our clients are here, in Iskandar Puteri, Tebrau, Mount Austin, Skudai, Kulai and Pasir Gudang, but we also work with businesses in Singapore and overseas. Meetings happen on WhatsApp, video call or in person around JB, whichever suits you. We usually reply within 12 hours.
