Does Website Hosting Include Updates And Edits?
No. Hosting alone covers the server, SSL, caching, backups, monitoring and migration. If you want plugin and software updates, security scans and one, two or four hours of edits each month, the Hosting & Maintenance Plan from RM 128 a month includes both.
Why Are Your Servers In Singapore And Not Malaysia?
Singapore is next door to Johor and has the best-connected data centres in the region, so a website hosted there loads fast for customers in Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore alike. Your backups are stored separately, and your domain stays wherever you registered it.
What Does Billed Annually With A 12-Month Minimum Mean?

Can I Keep My Domain Where It Is?

WordPress and WooCommerce sites, static and modern JavaScript sites such as the Astro and Next.js builds we make, and landing pages. Shopify stores are hosted by Shopify, so for those we handle the domain and any connected pages instead.
What Happens If My Website Goes Down?
Monitoring alerts us, usually before you notice, and we investigate straight away. If the cause is on the server, we fix it. If a plugin or a change on the site caused it, we can restore yesterday’s backup and tell you what happened.
What Currency Are Your Prices In And How Do I Pay?
Every price is in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Project work is 50% to start and 50% on launch, by bank transfer or FPX. Monthly services are billed monthly, and hosting plans annually. You get a fixed price quote before anything starts, so there are no surprises later.
Do I Have To Be In Johor Bahru To Work With Ditrapoint?
