Client Profile

Who They Are

Ziro runs the phone systems that other companies would rather not manage themselves. The service list covers Microsoft Voice, Teams Direct Routing, Cisco Unified Communications, contact centres and UCaaS, along with provisioning software for Microsoft and Cisco. The business was previously known through Stack8 and SMACS, and it holds Microsoft Solutions Partner status for Modern Work.

This landing page speaks to exactly one reader: the IT team of a hospital or clinic. It explains what Teams Calling with Ziro means for EHR integration, telehealth, onboarding, on-call scheduling, patient data security and AI-assisted services.

The Brief

What We Set Out To Do

The brief was to make a healthcare IT lead recognise that their phone system is holding them back, then present Teams Calling with Ziro as the answer. One page has to carry all of that, so we spent most of our effort on the order of the sections. An announcement bar sits at the top, followed by a dark photo hero with a two-line headline and a Schedule A Call button. Next comes a cyan statement about EHRs, telemedicine and AI, illustrated with devices and clinicians. Three outlined cards cover EHR integration, telehealth reach and faster first contact. Two rows pair product screenshots with copy about provisioning and on-call scheduling. A security band holds three icons, HIPAA compliance included, and a grid of six cards lays out the AI use cases. A final headline with a Request Demo button closes the page above a black footer and the partner badge.
