Price and simplicity. Website Hosting at RM 48 plus two hours of Website Maintenance at RM 180 is RM 228 a month; the 2-hour plan is RM 188 and adds priority support. More importantly, one team is responsible for everything, so nothing falls between two companies.
Why Are Your Servers In Singapore And Not Malaysia?

What Does Billed Annually With A 12-Month Minimum Mean?

Is Onboarding Free?
For websites Ditrapoint built, yes. For sites built by someone else, we check them first. Most move over free; if a site needs cleaning up before it is safe to host and maintain, we quote that as a fixed price before you commit.
How Quickly Are Edits Done?
Small changes are usually done the same working day, and always within two working days. Send them on WhatsApp or email with the page and the change. We usually reply within 12 hours to confirm.
Can I Upgrade From Hosting Or Maintenance To The Plan Later?
Yes, at any time. The difference is pro-rated for the rest of your term, and the free migration applies if the site needs to move to our servers.
What Currency Are Your Prices In And How Do I Pay?
Every price is in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Project work is 50% to start and 50% on launch, by bank transfer or FPX. Monthly services are billed monthly, and hosting plans annually. You get a fixed price quote before anything starts, so there are no surprises later.
Do I Have To Be In Johor Bahru To Work With Ditrapoint?
No. Our team is based in Johor Bahru and most of our clients are here, in Iskandar Puteri, Tebrau, Mount Austin, Skudai, Kulai and Pasir Gudang, but we also work with businesses in Singapore and overseas. Meetings happen on WhatsApp, video call or in person around JB, whichever suits you. We usually reply within 12 hours.
