Client Profile
Serenity is a medical concierge in Portugal, operated by Serenity Care Lda from Lisbon. It serves people who are moving to the country, or have recently arrived, and are worried about bringing their medical affairs with them.
Members are guided through the Portuguese healthcare system on one of four plans, from a free Orientation Plan to a full package, covering medicine transition, scheduling, case management and follow-up.
The Brief
Most expats have never heard of a medical concierge, so the site had to explain the idea before it could sell a plan. The hero shows the team inside a curved photo frame with a Find Out More button. A brief get-care-today line points to all services. An About Us card deals with the moving-to-Portugal question and holds a Join Serenity button. The four membership plans then sit side by side with prices, tick and cross feature lists and Get Started buttons. Video testimonials come next, and a soft blue closing band with a joining prompt leads to the footer with the address, email and phone.
