Client Profile

Who They Are

Powow Finance is the consumer arm of Powow. It gives homeowners a way to add a solar battery on a hire purchase plan: nothing down, fixed repayments, and servicing included for the whole term. The business is an authorised credit representative under an Australian credit licence and works out of Alexandria, New South Wales.

The plan is one of two Powow options for homeowners, alongside its power purchase agreement, and customers can opt into the Powow Virtual Power Plant.

The Brief

What We Set Out To Do

Finance is the point where most readers give up. Our job was to keep them reading: make the hire purchase plan easy to follow, compare it with the alternatives, explain why a battery belongs next to the panels, and leave a single thing to click.

The headline says solar finance is made easy, with a family photo and an Apply Now button beside it. Repayment, interest, sign-up and support points are listed on a dark band, and three benefits of the plan surround a product image. A table sets the PPA, the hire purchase plan and buy-now-pay-later options next to each other, a plain explanation covers using daytime solar at night, and a blue section on VPP compatibility leads to a final headline and a footer with contact details. Apply Now returns after every section.
